Payment
We accept payment via AliPay, Visa, Mastercard, GrabPay and American Express.
Order
All orders will be processed within 48hours and shipped the next working day. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays. Typically, orders will take 3-6 working days to reach you from the time of order.
Self Collection
Prior appointment is required for self-collection, please WhatsApp to arrange. Orders can be collected from our warehouse at 100 Eunos Ave 7, Singapore 409572 during the allocated appointment time slot.

No Returns
Due to hygiene & safety concerns, we do not accept any returns. Please do check your order before checking out.
Incorrect Item
Please inspect your order upon receipt and email lycon-sg@tykoasia.com within 3 working days. Do include your order number, item name and photos of the item(s). Our customer service team will assist you. Please ensure your items are unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and in its original packaging. Please be reminded that if the product or product tag/packing has been damaged or tampered with in any way, your case will not be accepted.
